| 摘 要： | 本文从教学能力素质的结构和培养青年田径教师教学能力素质的一般规律出发,探讨培养和提高田径青年教师教学能力素质的途径。不断地提高青年田径教师自身能力素质与休养,树立良好的教师形象,对提高田径教学的质量,顺利地完成教学的基本任务,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the common regulation about the construction of the teaching ability and young teacher's training,this paper is mainly concentrated on the approach of how to bring up and improve the young teachers teaching ability.Constantly enhance their capability and culture,establish the well image of the teacher,undoubtedly will make an active sense to improve the athletics teaching quality and fulfill the basic teaching mission. |
