| 摘 要： | 模仿是企业提高技术能力的重要学习过程.了解模仿和技术学习的相关文献,有助于我们了解目前的研究现状.以为未来的研究工作打好基础.文献综述表明模仿是个重要的研究领域.模仿是企业提高技术能力的重要方式之一.国内外关于技术学习的研究已经取得了重要进展,但缺乏对于基于模仿的技术学习机制的探讨.目前国内外关于模仿的学习研究主要聚焦于模仿重要性及其分类的研究,但缺乏对于模仿微观活动过程的探讨.

| Abstract: | Imitation is an important learning process for upgrading technological capability in firms. a literature review on imitation, help us understand research status in this field to build a solid basis for future research. This review highlights imitation is a important research area. Imitation is an important channel for technological capability development in firms. Imitation-based technological learning is untouched upon by previous studies, although rapid research progress has been achieved in the field of technological learning. Few studies address micro-processes of imitation, most of them have focused on the importance and typology of imitation. |
