| 摘 要： | 目前，全国生态城市建设正如火如荼，各地纷纷探索生态城市建设的举措，如开展“四城联创”建设、发展循环经济减少对生态环境的破坏和掠夺等等。这些措施都是自上而下的规范和要求，运行驱动力和自我约束力还不是很明显。大力推行市民绿色消费，从消费模式转变引导生产模式的转变，更有效的保证我们的城市使用绿色产品、发展绿色产业、创造绿色家园；大力倡导绿色消费，可以从源头上减少浪费，有效的推动城市的可持续发展，同时它对我国构建和谐社会也具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
