摘    要:随着全球范围内的致病性原生动物疾病的流行及爆发,饮用水中隐孢子虫和贾第虫(简称“两虫”)感染作为一个无法忽视的公共健康问题引起了广泛的关注与研究。我国新颁布的饮用水标准中也对饮用水中“两虫”的检测阎值做了规定(10L水中小于1个)。本文对目前国内外“两虫”的检测与灭活方法进行了归纳,并进行相应的评述,不仅有助于“两虫”疾病的预防控制,而且对保障我国居民饮水安全具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the worldwide epidemic and outbreak of protozoan diseases, cryptosporidium and giardia (referred as "Two Worms" ) infection as a public health problem caused widespread concern, and the research of detection and inactivation could not be ignored. Water quality standard for drinking, which was promulgated newly in China, has limited the concentration of cryptosporidium and gairdia in drinking water. In this paper, the current detection and inactivation of "Two Worms" had been discribed and a related comment also had been made. This paper provides reference for the research for detection and inactivation methods on "Two Worms"
