| 摘 要： | 我国经济的快速发展,为高等教育的改革发展提供了广阔的空间。基于生命周期理论,提出高校教师职业生涯转型的三种模式,提出了高等院校应采取的主要培训形式,以适应高校教师职业生涯的绩效不断提高。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of our country economic, the higher education popularity has provided a broad space. According to the life cycle theory, the three kinds of patterns of the university teacher professional profession reforming are proposed. The main training forms which the universities should adopt to adapt the university teacher professional profession achievements are also given in this thesis. |
