| 摘 要： | 出口押汇是出口贸易中常见的短期融资方式之一,已经在我国商业银行国际业务中得到比较普遍的开展。但是由于国内尚无专门规范出口押汇的法律制度,各银行对该项业务的理解和操作存在一定的差异,因此在办理此业务时会存在一些问题。本文就出口押汇的含义、银行办理出口押汇存在问题及对问题的解决对策做作一系统探讨。
