| 摘 要： | 突发社会灾难会对社会公众心理产生巨大的影响，危机干预能够为社会公众提供强有力的心理支持。应对社会灾难可以建立“双途径三阶段”的危机干预模式，即危机干预通过危机教育与危机支持相结合的双向途径进行，分解为预防性危机干预、介入式危机支持、恢复性危机干预三个阶段。

| Abstract: | Critical incident can have an enormous impact on the public's psychology,The public can be offered psychological support while intervening.We should set up `three stages' intervening mode for the critical incidert.Namely intervene the psychology of passing in psychology educate and support two-way way that combine together go on with psychology,divide into preventative psychology intervene,person who get involved psychology support and intervene, for revovering psychology interfere from three stages. |
