食蟹猴疟原虫酸性磷酸酶电镜细胞化学研究

摘    要:利用电镜细胞化学方法对食蟹猴疟原虫红内期酸性磷酸酶进行定位研究.结果发现.酸性磷酸酶广泛定位于疟原虫的食物泡、内质网、核糖体和疟色素上;而一些内含物与红细胞相似的双层膜结构内无ACP活性,不属于食物泡,而是宿主细胞的伪足伸入虫体;并认为ACP是由核糖体转运至食物泡内的;外周胞饮作用和胞口援食可能都是疟原虫红内期的营养方式.而外周胞饮作用可以起主要作用.

Abstract:We were the first to study the acid phosphotase(ACP)of Plasmodium cynomolgi in TEM.we found that ACP was distributed around the food vacuoles, pignint,endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome, but not in some larger double-mimbrane- bounded structres containing cytoplasm of the erythrocyte Parasitized. Therefore, these larger vacuoles were evidently not true food vacuoles, but invaginations of host cell cytoplasm surrounded by the parasite. Our experimint furthcr verified Aikawa's idea who defines that"a food vacuoles should be a vacuole in which the host cell cytoplasm is completely encolsed by the parasite cytoplasm, and not any way connected with the host cellcytoplasm". out cytochemical study confirmed that thare are only two ways for the malaria perasite in RBC to obtuin nutritbo from the host cell,i. e. pinocytosis and cytortomal feeding. The acid phosphatase transfer from ribosome to food vacule may be similar tothe lysomase-Golgi comlex sysyterm in other common cells.
