| 摘 要： | 我国当前农村养老保障作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分，对于我国市场经济的发展和农村社会的稳定发挥着日益重要的作用，但仍然存在一些问题，对此本着重从思想观念的转变、养老集金的筹措、义务工储备、养老保障的管理、服务人员的培训、养老金的等价物替代等方面提出了相应的对策，以期对于这些问题的解决有所裨益。

| Abstract: | At present the rural pension insurance in China ,as an important part of social security system,is playing an increasingly important role in the market economy develoment and the social stability of the countryside.But there still exsit some problems.this focuses on giving some suggestions and solutions to such problems as the change of ideas,the raising of pension,the reserve of voluntary labour,the management of pension insurance,the training of attendants,the equivalent substifute of pension and so on.these suggestions are helpful in solving the problems. |
