国际化经营中的企业社会责任

摘    要:通过建立总体社会责任价值观、选择进入市场、构造财富创造的生态系统、披露和反馈社会责任信息等方式来指导企业的国际化经营。从而中国企业在海外扩张过程中只有依据全球化的企业社会责任标准来运营,才能在国际市场上具有竞争优势。

Abstract:The authors suggest the following ways can help enterprises operate well internationally: creating the value of total responsibility;choosing markets for entry;building the ecosystem for wealth creation;and disclosing and feed-backing information about Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR).This paper concludes that it is only by operating according to global standards of CSR that China's enterprises will gain competitive advantages in the process of their abroad expedition.
