| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后 ,我国企业发展环境将更加国际化和市场化 ,并面临着更加严峻的挑战。因此 ,郴州企业要从战略的高度对自身的发展问题予以充分重视 ,要根据当前面临的实际情况和对未来的正确预测分析 ,明确方向、突出重点 ,及时进行发展战略的谋划和调整 ,确保在激烈的市场竞争中获取有利的发展空间。一方面要明确总体发展战略 ,另一方面要加速企业整合 ,注重灵活应变 ,发挥中小企业自身的优势 ,注重产品品牌以及人才队伍的培养和建设等。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, the developing environment of enterprises in China will become more and more internationalized and market-oriented and are sure to face more serious challenges. Therefore, the enterprises in Chenzhou should pay a strategic attention to their development and choose the direction of their development based on their realities and the correct analysis of their future. Moreover, planning and adjustment of the strategies of development should also be made in the purpose of ensuring to win a space of development in the intense market competition. On the one hand, they should have a clear general developing strategies. On the other hand, they should also speed up the merge of enterprises and take a more flexible strategy with focus on the creation of brands and the cultivation of people with abilities. |
