| 摘 要： | 通过从国际和国内两个方面分析了我国粮食进口与通货膨胀的关系。并在此基础上,研究了在人民币升值的条件下,我国粮食进口的通货膨胀效应。结果发现我国粮食进口并没有产生输出型通货膨胀效应,而是具有正向的输入型通货膨胀效应。人民币升值抑制我国粮食进口输入型通货膨胀效应远低于其推升粮食进口输入型通货膨胀效应。在消解我国粮食进口通货膨胀效应对策分析中,研究发现汇率政策的作用可能非常有限,应该寻求更有力的政策着力点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relation between chinese grain import and the inflation from world and domestic environment.On the basis of the relation analysis,the authors tests that chinese grain import produces the inflation effect degree.The results indicate that chinese grain import can not cause the output type of the inflation effect,however produces the positive input type of the inflation effect.The RMB appreciate brings down the output type of the inflation effect from chinese grain import only modestly,howerve it promotes the input type of the inflation effect significantly.The exchang rate policy plays the limit influence on checking the inflation effect from chinese grain import.Consequently the more effective countermeasures should be proposed to alleviate the inflation degree in china. |
