高校辅导员绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:现有高校辅导员考核方式不利于调动辅导员的工作积极性.由评价目标、评价主客体、评价原则、评价指标和评价方式等五项要素构成的辅导员绩效评价体系,能有效激发辅导员的工作主动性,增强其责任心和事业心,是高校建立一支思想过硬、工作能力较强、素质较高的思想政治教育队伍的重要途径.

Abstract:The current university ideological and political counselor assessment methods are not beneficial in mobilizing their work enthusiasm. The university ideological and pohtical counselor performance evaluation system, which consists of evaluation objective, e- valuation subjects and objects, evaluation principle, evaluation index and evaluation method, will stimulate their work initiative and strengthen their responsibility and enterprise, which is an important way to construct an ideological and political education team with solid ideological foundation, strong work competence and high quality.
