云南中职"双师型"师资队伍现状抽样调查及对策研究

摘    要:云南省中职学校在“双师型”师资建设中面临教师来源单一,学历结构不合理,培训环节薄弱,教师到企业对口实践制度不完善,用人机制不健全等问题,为此,应合理调整教师结构,有计划、分批次组织“双师型”教师培训,实施中职学校教师准入和资格制度,完善人事制度改革。

Abstract:In the construction of dual-qualification teaching staff,secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province are facing with the following problems: the origin of dual-qualification teachers is single,the degree stucture of teacher is unreasonable,the corresponding practice system isn't perfect,and the appointment mechanism isn't consummate.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should adjust teacher's structure reasonably,organize the training of "dual-qualification" teachers in plan manner;the government should implement teacher admittance and qualification system for secondary vocational schools,optimize the reform of personnel system.
