| 摘 要： | 未来教育是多元文化教育，双语教育又是未来国际社会多元文化的主流。民族高校藏语言文学专业是学校的特色专业之一，该专业设立近六十年来，注重培养藏汉双语人才，为国家和民族地区输送了大量的专业人才和双语人才。随着社会的发展和经济的建设，民族地区的人才需求越来越多元化，双语人才越来越受青睐。针对民族高校藏语言文学专业建设特点，进一步加强和培养藏汉双语人才，双语教材建设、双语教师培养。为提高双语教学质量，培养双语人才，提出自己的见解以及对策。
