| 摘 要： | 我国的近代留学教育始于1847年,虽然步履艰辛,但却硕果累累,一个半世纪的留学教育为国家培养了大量高层次、多方面的人才。这表明中国的留学教育对我国社会发展和民族的伟大复兴产生了巨大影响。特别是改革开放以来,出国留学不仅是我国改革开放的一个重要组成部分,也是国际交流与合作的重要标志。因此,在世纪之初,回顾我国留学教育事业的发展,了解其特点,分析其趋势,有助于我们进一步思考留学教育发展的方向,从而有利于调动留学生回国创业的积极性,推动中国的现代化进程。

| Abstract: | The studying abroad education started in 1847 in our country. It has gone through three stages in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China and the People Republic of China. This paper analyzed the developing history of the studying abroad education in each stage and predicted the studying abroad education in future. It has trained a large number of high-level experts in many aspects for the country, an event of practical significance |
