中国劳动就业制度改革发展动因及趋向的考察

摘    要:我国基本建立了以市场为导向的就业体制机制,但在劳资关系、城乡就业以及对外关系上还需要进一步深化劳动就业制度改革。本文基于以上三个动因的考察,提出我国今后劳动就业制度改革发展的三个重点领域:加强劳动者权益保护,构建和谐劳动关系;统筹城乡就业,加强公共就业服务,实现公平就业;积极主动参与国际事务,妥善解决全球化中国内劳动问题与国际标准接轨问题。

Abstract:Although a basic market-oriented employment mechanism and system have set up,labor system still needs to be reformed and improved because labor relation,employment between urban and rural,and foreign relations.By analysing three cause above,the article thinks there are three trends to reform and develop employment system,such as: strengthening to protect benefits of labors in order to construct harmonious labor relations;Coordinating employment between urban and rural and strengthening public employ service in order to create equal employment;and participating negotiation actively as a whole in international affairs in order to match between domestic and international employment problem in the globalization.
