| Abstract: | The special service to customers, robot access service, 3D printing service, and paperless service in a library are a new form of library service in America, and the robot access and paperless service will be the new patterns of the libraries in the days to come. The author of this article intends to track and analyze the new trend and the new tendency so as to widen our horizon, learn the experience and draw lessons, and help the libraries of China to go with the historical tide. |
