摘    要:为帮助学生深入理解分析仪器中的光吸收定律、光传感器和信号检测系统的原理及数据处理方法,设计了一种基于单片机和A/D转换器的光电检测系统。介绍了分析仪器中光电检测系统的原理及设计方法;针对微弱光电流检测的问题,阐述了基于DDC114的数据采集系统的软硬件设计思路和抗干扰措施。
