| Abstract: | This article analyzes the Chinese market features of instruments and equipment for science and technology,and some problems of the whole and parts separate of procurement and not on position of subsequent services in procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.This article also puts forward the solution proposal for constructing the procurement and management platform,establishing the experts' marked price team and optimizing the product and service evaluation system. |
