伺服系统频率特性测试方法研究

摘    要:伺服系统是一种广泛应用于各个行业的控制系统,其频率特性是其最重要的特性之一。研究了伺服系统的各种频率特性测试方法,并在嵌入式工控机组成的测试系统上,以某电液伺服系统为测试对象,用Delphi语言编程对频率特性测试方法进行了实验验证;将各种伺服系统频率特性测试方法进行比较,分析总结了各种测试方法的优缺点。
