| 摘 要： | 高校大型仪器资产的归属不同导致仪器的管理模式不同,很多高校大型仪器管理经历了从集中共管到分散管理这种管理模式的转变。当课题组或院系本身的使用率和经费足以支撑仪器运行、仪器能够在某些特定的专业领域高效发挥作用时,设备归属于课题组或院系是一种合理的选择,但是如果分散管理模式下大型仪器的利用率低、效益差,那么这种管理模式就值得商讨。良好的管理模式是保障大型仪器高效运转的必要条件。另一方面,仪器管理者的专业水平、责任心也在仪器的功能开发和提高仪器使用效益方面起着重要的作用。
