| Abstract: | The scientific management method of High-Voltage Laboratory of Manchester University,UK,has been introduced.Experimenters should prepare enough work through filling in safety documents(Project Risk Assessment) so as to reduce the probability of accident in doing experiment.The method deserves other high voltage laboratory to use for reference. |
