| 摘 要： | 以江苏部分高校为研究对象,通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法进行分析研究,为振兴民族体育项目,促进江苏高校进行教学改革,尽快开设毽球课提供理论参考依据和实践指导。结果表明:毽球运动是一项非常优秀的民族传统体育项目,符合普通高校课程改革的需要,有利于促进学校体育和民族体育的融合,江苏高校开展这项运动具有良好的条件,在江苏普通高校开设毽球体育课是切实可行的。
