| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展,网络技术日益成熟,掌握着高端技术的高校纷纷进行了数字化校园建设,并在一定程度上实现了教育、教学信息与资源的数字化.数字化校园时代的到来,给高校档案工作带来了新的机遇和挑战;电子文件的产生,对传统的档案管理工作造成了冲击.本文针对高校电子文件产生和管理中遇到的问题,提出了全程管理、前端控制、合作协同的管理原则和文档一体化管理模式,并从管理体制、管理规范、管理原则、管理观念等方面提出了具体措施.
