| 摘 要： | 对大学生的职业生涯设计问题的研究,已经成为教育界的热点话题之一,虽然取得了一定的研究成果,但由于我国在这方面的研究起点较晚、实施步骤相较复杂等因素,仍存在着有待进一步超越的困境,如大学生自我认知水平较低、存在专业情绪等,解决此类问题,需要学校有针对性地采取措施,如增强大学生的自我认知能力,培养专业兴趣,完善就业指导工作等。

| Abstract: | The study of college students＇ career design,which has became a hot topic of the education sector.Despite some research are obtained,because of the starting late of our country＇s research in this area,complexity of steps and other factors,there are the difficulties need to get beyond,such as the low level of college students＇ self-recognition,hate emotion on their profession etc.College have to take targeted measures,such as enhancing students＇ self-cognitive ability,training professional interest and improving career guiding work. |
