| 摘 要： | 本文以课余体育训练环境为研究对象，依据教育学基本理论，提出了课余体育训练环境的基本概念，认为课余体育训练环境作为学校体育环境中的一部分，是学校体育工作取得优异成绩的必要条件。本研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，在理论上论述了课余体育训练环境的概念、构成、内容及优化。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking after - school sports training environment as research subject, based on the basic theory of education, proposed the basic concept of after - school sports training environment, pointed out that after -school sports training environment as part of school physical education environment was necessary condition in achieving outstanding results in school physical education. Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, after - school sports training environment, composition, content and optimization was discussed. |
