| 摘 要： | 高等学校教师队伍建设关系到我国高等教育的质量 ,关注高校教师队伍建设 ,提高其整体素质 ,是当前我国高等教育需要思考的问题。针对贵州省普通高校教师队伍建设中存在的问题进行了透视 ,并提出应对策略 ,以期进一步提高我省高等学校的教育质量。

| Abstract: | Key to forceful support of high education in the development of West China lies in the development of college teachers. Generally speaking, young teachers, in particular, are expected to improve their qualities. The situation is rather pressing, as the most of the key teachers and pacesetters have retired or are retiring and managing organism of the faculty is to be standardized. The strategies we should adopt are: the renewal of concepts, strengthening the comprehensive qualities of young teachers, bringing the high-class talents into full play, improving the management of the teaching staff, realizing the modernization of college teachers so as to elevate their competition. |
