摘    要:科学发展观的最高宗旨是人的全面发展。高校人力资源管理中的“人本化”要从高校层面转向教职员工层面,将教职员工作为内部顾客,以教职员工为中心,目的是人性的解放;而高校组织绩效、办学效益和科研水平只是这一过程的结果。

Abstract:The mission of scientific outlook of development is human being's full-scale development."Considering human beings as the most valuable assets" in human resources management of universities need to be transferred from university level to staff level and treat teaching staff as internal customers with the staff as the core to achieve liberation of humanity while university organization effectiveness,profit and research level are the results of its process.
