| 摘 要： | 高等学校要长盛不衰，离不开其核心竞争力的支撑。高校核心竞争力是使自己超越竞争对手，立于不败之地的根源。本通过对高校核心竞争力的内涵，特点和作用的分析，提出了培育高校核心竞争力的原则、方法和路径。

| Abstract: | Higher education institutions can not keep prosperity for a long time unless they are supported by the core competence. The core competence is the basis on which higher education institutions surpass rivals and put themselves in an invincible position.This article put forward the principles, methods and channels of developing the core competence of higher education by analyzing its implication, characteristics and functions. |
