| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化浪潮的推动,国家政策的引导与鼓励,就业市场的迫切呼唤和创建国际知名高职的愿景驱动下,高职院校开展国际交流与合作来促进国际化进程势在必行。但在国际合作过程中阻力重重,主要包括高职院校开展国际合作项目盲目性较大、教师意识与能力不足、合作方责任感欠缺以及政府支持力度不够等问题。高职院校需认真分析院校发展需求及国内外高职教育的资源优势,坚持本土化与国际化相结合的原则,采取市场化与多元化相结合的方式,借助优质的教学资源与良好的政策保障,有效开展国际合作。
