| 摘 要： | 集团化办学是当前我国职业教育界积极探索的重要办学模式之一。历经二十年的发展,职教集团已成为职业教育集团化办学的重要形式之一。在深入考察我国行业型职教集团运行现状后,发现大多数职教集团已陷入资源难以整合、校企合作难以全面开展的困境。解决职教集团目前运行困境的关键在于强化政府的宏观调控职能,变集团的非法人身份为法人身份。
