| 摘 要： | 实验教学是高校实施创新教育的重要环节,为适应创新教育的需要,实验人员应注重自身素质的培养和提高;在高校创新教育中实验人员应具备优良的学术道德和高尚的职业道德、一定的创新观念和创新能力、渊博的知识和过硬的实验能力、较高的团结协作精神及科研素质、良好的心理素质和知难而上的精神等。
