| 摘 要： | 本文从《园林花卉》课程特点出发，对其实训课程进行了教学改革和实践探索：以企业真实工作任务为载体，构建“工作过程导向”课程体系，以具体项目实施为主线，加强与企业合作，真正实现“工学结合”，并采用工作小组教学模式开展实训教学，以培养学生的职业能力和职业素质。
