| 摘 要： | 近年来，通过标准联盟创立技术标准已成为标准化领域的重要趋势，这一变化正在深刻改变着标准竞争的规则。以AVS标准为研究样本，研究了结盟行为对自主标准的作用机制。研究表明，在技术标准大量引用技术专利的背景下，结盟行为将技术交易内部化，从而降低了交易费用，为相关专利的技术集成提供了有效途径；标准联盟以专利池运营拥有的知识产权，这有助于合作创新的持续开展，从而推动自主标准的产业化。
