| Abstract: | Despite the fact that Hong Kong has been facing some difficulties in her economic transformation, the formulation of the HKSAR government's policies on science and technology and her goals of sci-tech development were objectively and necessarily adopted. The development in the recent years has reflected the effectiveness of these policies. We believe that the HKSAR government will certainly attain her goals of development. |
