| 摘 要： | 宪法司法化是世界各国司法发展趋势之一，受宪法的法律特性及地位、作用所决定，宪法在司法活动中予以适用是必然的。中国宪法目前在司法活动中还不具有广泛的适用性。致使宪法的根本法地位及宪法与人们之间的联系不甚密切，这直接影响了依法治国的进程。因此，实现宪法的司法化势在必行。

| Abstract: | Constitution administration of justice countries all over the world judicial development trend one of, this to determine legal characteristic, status and function of constitution, it is inevitable that the constitution is given suitably in the judicial activity. Chinese constitution does not have extensive suitability in the judicial activity at present, cause fundamental law of constitution status and constitution and connection of people very close, this has influenced the process of running the country according to law directly. So, the administration of justice of realizing the constitution is imperative. |
