| 摘 要： | 本文采用CMA_3/DA/DAPI荧光染色,结合C带技术研究了峨边花牛着丝粒结构异染色质。结果表明:着丝粒结构异染色质至少可被区分为三类。一类为1—29号染色体近端着丝粒区,表现为CMA_3荧光蒂阳性,C蒂阳性;另一类为X染色体的亚中着丝粒区,表现为CMA_3阴性,C蒂阴性;第三类为Y染色体近端着丝粒区,表现为CMA_3阴性,C带阳性。
