| 摘 要： | 特色学科建设是地方普通高校在新一轮高校激烈竞争中抢占学校改革发展制高点的必然选择,其由特色办学理念指导下,构建特色学科方向,特色学科梯队,特色学科研究,特色人才培养和特色条件保障为地方高校特色学科建设的主要内容和途径,在追求高校三大职能协调统一,着力为地方经济建设社会进步服务的同时又注重追求学科建设的内在价值和注重特色学科发展中的学科系统整体功能的发挥,是提升地方高校核心竞争力和办学水平的基本路向。

| Abstract: | The discipline construction with characteristics is the inevitable choice for local colleges and universities to take another reformative as well as developing opportunity in the next new fierce competitive stage,which concludes that,under the guide of school-running concept with characteristics to construct the discipline orientation,the discipline echelon,the discipline research,the talents' training as well as conditions' guarantee are the main contents and approaches for the discipline construction in local colleges and universities.It is the fundamental trend for the local colleges and universities to promote their core competition as well as school-running standard in the course of seeking the school functions' coordination and unification,strengthening the service for local economy as well as social development,meanwhile pursuing the interior value of discipline construction and exertion of overall functions for discipline system in development of the characteristic discipline. |
