| 摘 要： | 社会发展到当下，人们的经济能力已经取得了前所未有的提高，随着经济基础的提高和媒体的巨大发展，人们对于健康的追求也达到了相当的高度。中国普通高校，拥有着较为众多的体育场馆设施和水平较高的管理和教学资源。如何在保证教学健康顺利实施的条件下，又开拓思路，使得高校的体育资源能服务于社会，是一个很值得研究的项目，众所周知，高校的群体经费相对不足是限制其发展的一个很重要的制约因素。合理利用体育资源服务社会，无论是场馆的出租还是各种体育俱乐部的建立，还有教师资源特色课程，都能够增加相当的创收。这一收入首先能提高大学体育教师的合法收入，多劳多得；学校体育管理部门还能够得到管理费用，该费用能够解决场馆的维持费，做到了以场馆来养场馆的良性循环；多余的收入还能建设更多更好更新的体育场馆，这样又能够扩大体育市场，无论是对于在校学生还是校外群众，都是很好的选择。本文利用调查法和文献资料法，通过调研普通高校的体育管理人员和体育教师以及学校周围的体育市场，得出了扩大普通高校体育职能，使得普通高校的体育资源社会化，不仅能通过合理创收来提高广大体育教职员工的合法收入，更重要的是能服务于社会，能为全民健身计划做出贡献这一结论。该结论无疑对高校还是社会都有促进作用，是符合社会发展规律的。

| Abstract: | Along with the improvement of the economic base and the enormous development of the media, people＇s pursuit of health has reached a considerable height. China＇s common colleges possess a lot of sports resources, but many of them cannot be used to serve the society. Besides, the lack of funds is an important factor restricting college sports development. However, the rational use of college sports resources to serve the society can more or less increase college income, which can be used to raise teachers＇ salary and improve sports facilities. By using the method of investigation and literature review, this paper analyzes this issue, and concludes that this act can promote the development of both the society and colleges, and it complies with laws of social development. |
