| 摘 要： | 国家未来的发展，关键是人才，是教育。基础教育改革的核心是课程改革。回顾10年来体育课程改革，面临的核心问题是体育教学质量低下的问题。解决问题的关键是教师。新形势下体育教师如何提升自我，做一名合格的体育教师，以适应新课改的需要，是每一名体育教师所面临的现实问题。本文通过文献研究法、调查法、经验总结法，对当前我国知名的体育教育专家、学者及体育教学一线名师的教育思想、教学理念、教学经验进行了梳理，系统地总结了当代教育理论、实践方法和解决策略。通过研究，提出了新形势下，教师提升自我的方法：明确新时期的国家教育、体育理念是前提；提高体育教师自身的素质是保证；创建常态、实效的体育课堂是主阵地；形成教学特色风格是发展方向等。体育教师通过这些方法的学习，进行自我提升，做一名合格的体育教师。

| Abstract: | The key of national progress is the talent and education. The kernel of basic education reform is curriculum reform. In the past ten years＇ sports curriculum reform, the core problem ins the low quality of sports teaching. In the new situation, how to be a qualified sports teacher is a realistic issue for every sports teacher. By using the methods of literature research, investigation and experience summarization, this paper summarizes the current famous educators and teachers＇ teaching experience and the cur- rent teaching theories, practice methods and solutions. Through the research, this paper proposes the methods for sports teachers to improve their ability in the new situation, hoping to help them to be qualified sports teachers. |
