| 摘 要： | 高校的实践教学环节是高素质应用型人才培养的关键内容，是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要途径。我国高校经管类专业的实践教学起步较晚，目前普遍存在环节分散、管理薄弱等问题。针对此现状，本文认为必须进一步深化实践教学改革，加大专业实践教学建设力度，将课内外实践教学有机结合起来，保障实践教学四年一贯制运行，构建起全面培养、提升大学生综合素质和创新能力的实践教学体系。

On the Construction and Implementation of the Practical Teaching System for College Economics and Management Majors |

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is the key step to foster high-quality and application -oriented talents in colleges and universities, which is the important way to develop the spirit of innovation and practical abilities of undergraduate. The study of practical teaching in our country begins late, therefore the current management of practical teaching for Economics and Management Majors is weak. For this case, colleges and universities in our country must further reform the practical teaching, organically combines the practical teaching in and out of class throughout four years and finally implement the practical teaching system, which can quickly improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of undergraduate. |
