| 摘 要： | 本文以河海大学为例，尝试运用管理学的SWOT分析法，对行业特色型高校（以下简称为“行业高校”）推进行业教育培训进行分析，正确认识其面临的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战，从而为其更好地做强继续教育培训提供自己的思考。

| Abstract: | In this paper, taking Hohai University as an example, using the SWOT analysis method in management, this paper analyzes the education and training in industry characteristic universities （hereinafter referred to as ＂industry universities＂）, and correctly recognizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, so as to propose some personal opinions on better strengthening continuing education and training. |
