| 摘 要： | 时代不同,妇女在婚姻关系中的地位不同,婚恋自由也不相同.汉代是一个男尊女卑的社会,妇女的地位进一步滑落,表现在婚姻恋爱上,就是其自由受到来自社会和家庭等各方面的限制.但是,汉代妇女还未完全脱离社会生产领域,贞节观念也未形成习俗禁锢她们的心灵,加上汉代距原始社会尚近,原始古风尤存,使她们拥有一定的权力和自由.她们可以自择夫婿,可以离婚、再嫁,甚至婚外恋也不受时人严厉非议.可见,汉代妇女具有比后世更多的婚恋自由.

| Abstract: | In the Han Dynasty,women were engaged in productive labor from time to time;the primi. tive customs still existed and the sense of virginity was no common practice. Therefore,women had right and freedom to a large extent. They could marry partners of their own choice;they could get divoiced and remarried of their free will,and even be involved in extramarital affairs without reproach. It is thus evident that women in the Han Dynasty enjoyed more marital freedom than those in later time. |
