摘    要:互动教学过程中,教师各方面的能力得到了锻炼和提升,主要反映在专业基础知识更扎实,知识结构进一步完善;从事教育工作的实际能力得到了锻炼;科研素质得到了提高;教学反思中提升了自我,从而实现了自我完善,以更好地服务于教学工作。

Abstract:Some abilities of the teachers were trained and enhanced during the interactive teaching. The principal aspects were that basic professional knowledge was more steady,the structure of knowledge was further reasonable,the ability to go on the educational work was boosted,the quality of the science researches was further raised,self was improved in the process of the teaching reflection. These made the teachers realize self perfect and would benefit the teaching work in the future.
