| 摘 要： | 从教育理念、课程设置以及其必要条件等方面介绍了西方国家技术型人才培养的特点,通过分析提出我国高等院校技术型人才培养模式的改革应打破以教材为全部的传统观点,转向以实践为重点,以职业要求为中心,以对教师、教具、教辅等资源的有效提升和利用为关键,促进人才培养模式的更新和完善。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of western technical talents training , then it puts forward the idea that the mode reform should view teaching as the all -round way of technical talents training in colleges , which is about to focus on practice , treat occupation requirements as the center , enhance teachers abilities , teaching aids , teaching resources and utilization , which is the key to promote and improve the training mode . |
