摘    要:毕业生就业调查与分析是目前高校就业工作的一项重要内容,同时也是高校人才培养方案改革的重要依据。在分析目前高校就业部门采集毕业生信息滞后现状的基础上,设计了基于B/S架构的毕业生就业跟踪系统,系统的实施可以显著改善就业部门的工作效率,提高采集毕业生信息的准确度。系统以江苏财经职业技术学院毕业生就业跟踪系统为例,详细论述了系统的需求分析、系统的设计、系统的功能实现。系统经过试运行,结果表明:性能稳定,数据安全性好,能满足高校毕业生就业跟踪与分析的需要。

Design and Realization of Graduates Employment Tracking System Based on B/S

Abstract:Investigation and analysis on the graduates employment are important content of the employment work in colleges and universities , as well as the focus in reform of personnel training program .Based on analysis of the graduate employment information collecting lag status , we design the B/S architecture graduate employment track-ing system, which can improve the working efficiency of employment , and the accuracy of the graduate information collection .Taking Jiangsu Finance and Economics Career Technical College graduates employment tracking system as an example , this paper discusses in detail the requirements analysis , system design and function realization , re-sults showing that stable performance and great data security can satisfy the requirement for tracking and analysis of the college graduates employment .
