| 摘 要： | 现代服务业、互联网、大数据和流通4.0时代的到来，直接催生温州商业模式发生变革。温州市区通过打造城市级、片区级、社区级商业中心，以提升温州现代商业的整体水平，促进现代服务业发展，使温州成为带动市域、辐射浙南闽北赣西的区域性现代商贸中心。本课题在市场调查基础上，考察温州市区商业网点建设的现状和存在问题，提出建设温州商业网点布局规划、新型商业业态培育构想及对策建议。

| Abstract: | The advent of the age of modern service, internet, big data and circulation of 4.0 directly leads to the change of busi-ness models in Wenzhou. By building commercial center in city-level, district-level and community-level, Wenzhou enhances the over-all level of modern business and promote the development of modern service industry, thus to turn itself into regional modern trade and business center driving areas among municipality, south Zhejiang, North Fujian and West Jiangxi. Based on market research, this research inspected the current situation and problems of the construction of commercial network in Wenzhou, proposed the layout plan-ning of Wenzhou commercial network construction and ideas on new type of business format. |
