| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生犯罪有明显增长趋势 ,而且犯罪类型向多样化、智能化方向发展。大学生法律素质低下、法制观念淡薄是大学生犯罪最直接的原因。预防大学生犯罪教育是关键。“法律基础”课是一门针对大学生进行社会主义法制教育的思想品德课。为有效预防大学生犯罪 ,高校应该针对大学生的思想实际 ,对“法律基础”课进行必要的教学改革。

| Abstract: | There has been an obviously increasing trend of university students crimes in recent years and the type of crimes is developing variously and brainpowerfully. The most direct cause is that the lower legal quality of university students and indifference of the legal concept. To prevent university students from making crimes education becomes the key point nowadays. While the Course of Law Foundation suits the necessity to give university students socialist legal systematic education. In order to prevent efficiently university students from committing crimes,necessary reform on the course of Law Foundation has become one most important part of teaching reform aiming at improving university students legal concept facing their ideological reality. |
