| 摘 要： | 为进一步认识休闲体育的价值,主要采用文献法、逻辑学、综合分析法,对休闲价值以及休闲体育的现代价值进行探讨.认为:休闲体育不仅本身体现了体育的价值,还在经济、文化、社会、休闲学各个领域体现出价值.因此,休闲不只是一种体育现象,同时也是当代文化现象和社会、经济发展的集中表现.

| Abstract: | The paper explored the modern value of leisure and leisure sports through literature review, logic and comprehensive analysis.
Leisure sports not only represent its value in the field of sports, but also in domains of economy, culture and leisure. Therefore, leisure is not only an athletic phenomenon, but also a contemporary cultural phenomenon and an integrated representation of the development of society and economy. |
